Avocado Shake - Weight Gain Recipe for Babies | Early Foods

Avocado is a high fat plant based food. Its rich in mono-unsaturated fats and has a lot of fibre. When you scoop out the fruit and taste it, its tastes just like butter. Super soft and creamy. Its bland and has no sweetness and that's why you need some sugar to make it a yummy. Its full of anti-oxidants and vitamins and a glass of this milk shake can almost be equivalent to a meal.

Ingredients (Serves 2):...
1 Ripe Avocado
5 Spoons Organic Sugar, you can substitute sugar partly with fresh dates or dates powder
250 ml cold milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 spoon extra virgin olive oil (optional)
4-5 cherries (optional)

Scoop the avocado - Add all ingredients - Blend - Refrigerate for 20 mins - Pour in a glass - Sip in a straw - Repeat
