Try this quick & healthy bread masala snack for your little ones. This can be made in less than 5 mins. The little pieces of bread will teach your little one's to eat independently and the added seeds add a punch of nutrition of essential minerals & oils.
Whole Wheat Buns - 2-3 (Chopped to small pieces)
Coldpressed oil of your choice - 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Til or Sesame Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
Assorted Seeds (Sunflower, Watermelon, Pumpkin) - 1 Teaspoon Chopped or powdered.
Chilli Powder - According to taste
Himalayan Salt - According to taste
Turmeric - A pinch
Chop the bun/bread to small pieces - Season the mustard, sesame, assorted seeds in oil and roast for 2-3 mins - Add the chopped bread pieces - Sprinkle salt, turmeric & chilli powder - Stir well & serve.
