IMMUNITY is our constant worry for our kids. Their frequent cold, coughs and tiredness when they are back from school or day care is definitely heart breaking for every parent.

My grandma's advice for me was to regularly feed my baby Amla or Gooseberry. Amla is known to be a miracle fruit, cause its one of the richest sources of vitamin C that is known to naturally build immunity. Apart from Vitamin C its rich in calcium too.

Since Amla is seasonal, we have created a sun-dried Amla powder version for you to use it throughout the year. And the best part it you can make this in less than 30 seconds.

All you need is 1/2 spoon Amla powder, a spoon of honey, 1-2 mint leaves (optional), warm water. Just mix and drink. Best when had every morning on an empty stomach for all the nutrition to be absorbed by the body. For fussy kids, just dont add water, let them lick up the amla honey paste in one go :-)
