Its Banana Milk, Not a Milk shake :-) #VeganDrink #Nosugar

Kids easily get bored at the sight of milk that they have regularly. Its time to give them something different, healthier and a drink that feels fuller. This vegan banana milk is made of just 3 ingredients and takes less than 5 mins to make. Can be served as is, or you can add it to a bowl of muesli, cornflakes, or fruit salad instead of the regular milk. Only catch is to have it fresh!

Here is the recipe:
1 Ripe Banana Fresh
1 Frozen Banana (Freeze overnight after peeling it)
Honey or maple syrup
A pinch of cinamon, elaichi or vanilla essence
2 Cups of water

Just blend all the ingredients to get a consistency of thick milk.

Banana's are rich in fibre, potassium and a whole lot of other minerals like copper, magnesium and other natural electrolytes. And the recipe is so easy to make. Your kids will slurrp it up!
