Wondering what else can you make from the foxtail millet & lotus seeds porridge mix? Try this new recipe that makes soft rotis that your little one can enjoy eating independently.

Ingredients:
Foxtail Millet flour (or you can buy the mix from our website)

Method:
Bring 1 Cup of water to boil and add 1 cup of foxtail millet flour to this hot boiling water. Continue to cook for 10 mins on a low-medium flame. Don't stir, just let it cook.

After 10 mins, mix well to make a soft dough. Make it to small balls and roll and cook like regular rotis. Note: This mixture does not have gluten, so it will not be elastic. You will need to add more flour will rolling them to rotis and avoid sticking back to the rolling pin or breaking.

Serve hot with your favorite curry
